Allow user to set a default release when promoting ideas to features

For my particular workflow, I would like promoted Ideas to default to the first parking lot column.  Today, they default to the first release in the list.  Ideally, the user would be able to set which release is the default when promoting Ideas (or the system would remember the most recently chosen release).

You can now set a default release for newly created features and epics in the Settings > Workspace > "Configure" page. The new setting is named Default release.

I would like to be able to set the default for promoting ideas, or, make the default the first parking lot column.

By default, I don't want new ideas/features to go to the first release.

For some products, we have a historical Q2 and Q3 release, the current Q4 release, and a Q1 Release and a Q2 2020 release already, as we are doing our planning for next year.
New ideas come in - I want to promote them to the parking lot, NOT to a new release until we have our steering committee meetings/review.

Our network is slow, and I have to wait for X time EVERY TIME for the list to pop up so I can select PARKING LOT - it is a convenience and time factor, and a usability item.

Title should probably be "Allow user to set a default release when promoting ideas to features"
