Edit Idea Comments Merged

I think some basic editing features for Idea Comments is important to keep Ideas from ending up in GitHub issues or Jira Tickets. Currently you can't edit a comment without going into Aha from the Idea Portal. It would also be great to have a few other features like being able to launch an application by clicking on a file that has been attached - like a PowerPoint.
