Add custom labels to scores on Feature Cards
It would be nice to be able to label things on cards in the board view. For example, I have multiple scorecards (one for product features and one for technical debt items I'm tracking in the same backlog). It's not easy to tell what the number is on the card. I'd like to add either an icon (like the "!" icon for the Aha score) or some text such as "Debt Score:" in front of the numeric value for the Tech Debt score on the card.

We have a similar request, where the title of the field can be added to identify what information is being shared on the cards. This is very helpful when sharing information with our organization so others are aware of what they are looking at.
