Colours for custom fields, especially record relationships

When creating custom fields for record relationships, these only are presented as plain grey links. It would be great if these links could be coloured - either by specifically choosing colours, or by programmtically setting colours like with tags. Anything but the plain grey we currently have.

  Thank you for your idea. It is currently possible to configure colors for custom tag and choice list fields. This article provides more detail. We do not currently have plans to extend this to record relationship fields, however we will continue to monitor customer feedback on this idea.
