Allow bulk edit of initial estimate
As a PO my view of the work has a farther horizon than the dev team. To sketch a plan, using the capacity tools, I need a way to put in an initial estimate of the work. This is a tactic I've used for years and call a PO Estimate, and after a certain amount of stories everything averages out (note: in almost all cases stories over a quarters worth of work will point out to 5.1-5.3 points and land between 13-18 hours). And I just recently learned JIRA Portfolio supports this PO estimate, allowing all unrefined and unpointed work to be estimated using a general number.
If I could bulk edit the initial estimate - or better yet - let me set all unrefined work to a PO Estimate for planning purposes - it would make capacity planning significantly more useful

Future consideration
Would be great and completely eliminate the need for exporting to Excel for us
Sometimes you need to do a bulk update and this is would be really really really handy.
