Bulk Edit: support Effort Estimates Merged

Bulk Edit is a great functionality, but when I tried to bulk edit a list of features, I was not able to change "Feature Remaining Effort" field value. I was trying to put an average effort for a large amount of distant features, so we could at least have a rough order of magnitude for reporting and resource planning before we do early feature assessments. It is certainly better than having 0 which distorts the reports and forecasts.

Can you please add "Feature Remaining Effort" to the "Bulk edit features" dialogue?
