Compressed header view

The navigation, tab, and header bars all take up quite a bit of space. Normally not an issue, except when I'm presenting on a big screen, walking a team through a roadmap report to discuss upcoming work. It would be great if the header stuff could be collapsed/compressed/whatever so that I could have more space for presentation
