Make an exception for the author of the idea to have access on her idea, even though the idea is private by default Merged

When our clients submit ideas on the idea portal, the idea disappears from their "My Idea" list, since we use Private by Default feature. The experience for our clients is not intuitive since they cannot view, review or modify their ideas. At the same time our PMs are not able to change visibility status in real-time to remove this inconvenience.

It would be great if submitted idea could be public by default only for the author of the idea as an exception to the rule, before our PMs will change visibility status to public for all idea portal users.
