When changing a feature to Shipped status, JIRA record won't change Merged

When changing a feature status to Shipped, the corresponding JIRA record is also supposed to change to Complete via the status mappings in the integration configuration. As of 3 months ago, this this has stopped working and appears to be because of the Resolution workflow in JIRA - when a JIRA issue changes to Shipped, the product owner/manager is prompted to select a resolution reason and then mark the record as complete. This extra step in the workflow is causing the automated status sync to fail. Screen shots attached.

    Hi there, thank you for your idea. With your workflows setup as you describe, you will need to make the resolution non-mandatory to be able to send over issues to the Done state, otherwise this issue will persist. I wanted to share this option as an immediate solution and I will also merge this idea with https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-1923 so we can include your use case in the overall feedback captured there.
