Add feature to be able to edit comments Merged

Upon commenting and answering a customer's problem (a public one), I was unable to go back and edit it. I think it would be useful if one could edit their comments because, for instance, one might want to include more detail or add important links to their comment instead of commenting again. Alternatively, if someone writes a comment fast and with errors, that might be misinterpreted as hasty and unprofessional. So, being able to edit would be highly advantageous.
