Add a date filter to Portal Users report

Hello,
we have a private portal where the users are members of our customer success organisation. I am finding the Portal user report useful to indicate the engagement of the users with the platform. It's useful to see the number of ideas, comments and votes by each user, to assess this. I would also like to be able to filter this report by a certain time period. Specifically I would like to know what actions the users have taken since Feb 1 2020, and remove any actions from the report that occurred before that date. Is this currently possible in AHA?

So glad you find this report helpful! List and pivot reports can also be used to report on portal activity, including filtering. I recommend going to the Ideas > Overview page and clicking the report link for Top Contributors at the bottom right. Then you can customize the report to add a filter for the idea creation date, or add a vote count and a filter for vote date. However, these reports do not yet support counting and filtering on comments. We will consider adding that in the future.
