Create reference points in a single note (Info > Notes) Merged

The request is to be able include reference points in a single note that allow you to skip ahead to other sections in the same note.

This is similar to capability that is implemented in the customer support knowledge base such as in this example Capacity planning for individuals where it states "Click any of the following links to skip ahead in this article."
