Want to see/share a list of all the assignment automation rules so assignees know what they are signed up respond to.
Today I'm manually documenting and sharing in spaces however data is stale when things change.
Using Automation is too hard to maintain without reporting. Please think about administrators when you design new functionality.
I currently have over 100 automation rules attached to an idea portal. This is only going to grow. I have to review every change manually. If there was a way to report on all the content of each rule, including the to: field, subject, and content of the email notification, it would literally save days of time in checking them every time there is a change--which can be as often as daily at the moment.
This really helps to support governance and efficiency, it would be ideal to have a standard report that lists all automation rules in place across all workspaces.
