Tag multiple users in a "group tag" Merged

When tagging multiple users, we have to @mention those users individually. This is especially tedious when there are users that are frequently tagged for various updates or activities.

It would be great to be able to easily create and manage tag groups.

Instead of tagging a hypothetical team including @tom , @steve , @john -- those users would be put into @devteam1 (or @productowners, or @reviewteam, etc etc).
