Option to update Feature content from update on associated Idea Merged

If someone edits the content on the idea have an option to also update the feature or visa versa.

Also if someone comments on the idea after it was promoted to a a feature that comment may get forgotten by development if someone doesn't manually copy it over. An option should be given to the admins if you want that comment to be sent to the feature as well.
