Add the possibility to create Sub pages in the idea portal

We are currently lookig for a way to distribute release notes. Since our customers are using the idea portals it would be ideal to have a subpage in the portal where you are able to share information like release notes (additionally you could also provide there links to the features requested that were implemented).

    You can use custom pages on your ideas portal to post announcements, publish guides, and share roadmaps. Available with Ideas Advanced. Learn more here.

    Idea Portal sub-pages

    Should have the ability to add sub pages within a page. For example, adding multiple release notes for each iteration under one main page for 'Release notes'
