Ideas Reviewed date Merged

In our Product organization we have an SLA with the rest of the company to review new ideas within 30 days. Currently there is no way to track how many days in between submission and reviewed. Basically would like a data point of when an idea was changed FROM Needs Review. Without having to have each Product strategist manually enter a date when they review. There are a number of existing dates of when an idea changed TO a new status, but not FROM. This would seen an easy, and very beneficial additional data point.
