Ability to add collaborators to reports

My team is building reports that will be used to view the status of products across the portfolio for leadership reviews.  There are a few key contributors helping design these reports; however, I'm currently unable to add them as contributors without adding a full product team as contributors.  As we are an enterprise account, our product teams are quite large.  Adding the full product team as editors of the report would result in unwanted changes to the report.  In summary, my team is looking for essentially the same capabilities that exist for presentations, where you can add individual users as editors of reports.
