Allow Pivot Table Rows to remain aligned Merged

Currently, when pivot reports generate with tags in their own column, then the rows between columns do not remain aligned.

It creates confusion on what tag is applicable to which item. In the attached example. There is no tag on the last item on the left, however it appears there is due to differences in row spacing with each column.
