Expose scorecard metrics as integration fields
Currently, scorecard metrics do not appear to be available to integrations. We would like to represent these components in our development system in the interest of transparency to our development teams, but there is no way to get this data across the connection.

Right now we have multiple, separate prioritization type fields in Jira because the teams want to see them. Which means I need to have them as separate custom fields. However, they really are all part of the scoring and ideally, they should just be criteria items within the scorecard.
We also need this for Azure DevOps. We currently use Business Value and Effort to calculate our Aha! score. We would like to sync those metrics from the scorecard to fields in DevOps to help with prioritization / sprint planning at the Feature level.
