We can not use "Share as webpage" w/o the security. The security functionality provide with notebooks should be extended to Share as webpage.
for us, this feature is pretty useless w/o security.

You can now enable single sign-on for shared webpages in Aha! Ideas and Aha! Roadmaps. This gives you even more control over the way you share your product development plans.

This initial update will only support SSO.
Will the update include password protection as well as SSO security for shareable webpages?
We will support any SAML-enabled provider, such as Azure Active Directory, OneLogin, Ping Identity, Okta and many more!

Hi Nathaniel, will this feature only available for Okta or also to other identity management solution?
Hi Dan - This feature is coming within the next month.
This is a must! Is there an update on anticipated timelines?
Must have, agree with all the comments. This places a significant barrier in our plans for our we hoped to use Aha! internally and could limit it's success.
100% agreed. Without SSO security sharing views is not useful. Understood that presentations can contain a single view, but that's one more thing to maintain - plus the shared views render better when embedded in Confluence compared to single-view presentations.
This seems like the same as A-I-8039 "Password protection for "Share as webpage"". Should be merged to get the votes up.
I also agree, w/o the security it's a risk using it. (in Ideas Advanced for sharing reports as well)
Hi there, when sharing roadmaps that need to be password protected (via SSO or otherwise) we would suggest sharing an Aha! presentation. This article describes the options for sharing presentations via secure webpages. Thanks!
I want to publish the roadmap internally, but we must have security around the access. Our company security policies does not allow us to publicly share this web page without authentication. We would want to integrate with our company SSO, which uses Active Directory.
We want to publish roadmaps but cannot make them accessible to anyone who knows the URL.
Also requesting this - our security policy won't allow us to use Share as webpage without this.
As mentioned, most any report coming from Aha would be considered intellectual property so needs protection.
The fact that security for Share as web page is different that Presentations is confusing for admins and users.
Agree... Roadmpas are Intellectual property and in the hands of a competitor, could be disastrous. We need to be able to control who sees the data, and at the very least needs to be password controlled.
