Add the ability to archive notes

Our marketing workspace has been around for a few years, and it has quite a few notes that are no longer relevant. Currently we nest notes under an "Archive" note, but that is not an elegant solution because we have to move them one at a time.

It would be great to be able to archive obsolete notes in bulk, and keep this part of our workspace neat and tidy. Couple ideas we had after discussion:

• Allow notes to be bulk edited, similar to how you can bulk edit records in list reports. That would allow the user to bulk-delete or bulk-move notes.

• Allow notes to be bulk converted to activities, which can then be added to a schedule and shipped. If the schedule is called "2017 notes," for example, we'd always be able to find our notes from that year.

• Allow notes to be archived (hidden, but not deleted) by time frame, much like goals can be archived when they're outside of the time frame selected on Strategy > Goals.
