Different delivery risk rules per record

Delivery risk settings are common to all record types; but I want to have different conditions trigger delivery risks for different record types. For example, if I want to trigger a delivery risk when there is no sprint assigned to a feature, it will flag an epic at risk which I do not assign to a sprint.

In my example, epics will always show at risk if I have enabled the "No sprint" condition.

Allow separate rules per record type so that I can maintain each record type's risk triggers appropriately.
