Consistency when tabbing through fields

The tab order of fields in Aha! works inconsistently sometimes .

This impacts users who prefer (or need) to use keyboard accessibility shortcuts.

Ideally you should be able to tab from the top of any screen to the end of the screen through all fields in a logical top to bottom sequence
