Bulk edit of requirements Merged

When we ship a release, we often have maintenance buckets that are not complete. These are kind of an 'ongoing feature' that we need to track. There's no easy way to bulk edit the requirements in those features, and we have to move/delete those requirements individually

Time saving, reduction of monotonous but necessary work.

If a user could edit requirements the same way they can edit a feature in bulk via lists that would be very useful.
