Default release theme Merged

We use release themes to communicate the specific product value included in a release to our marketing, sales and implementation teams. To streamline our effort, we have a standardized template where we detail the problems companies face that we address in the release, the consequences of those problems and the benefits they will have with the feature included in the release.

Having to copy/paste the template each time is somewhat irritating when you know what to do, but the biggest problem is that new POs don't know to do it...

Similar to what is already available for features, epics and initiatives, allow us to define a default theme for new releases.
