Today, when product operations needs a consistent format, tone and purpose of release themes from their product managers, they have to continuously train them and govern the process. This is unacceptable, because it is so time consuming at scale that it is not practical to achieve. I can envision there being a global standard at our organization for release themes that is enforced naturally in Aha! so that we can achieve a level of consistency without exhaustive training or governance.
We would also love to see this feature! Being able to standardize wherever possible is important for helping our product teams communicate effectively with other departments, and setting a default template for Release Theme would be a huge win for us.
I agree with this being a real problem. for people who don't want to add Aha phases to when adding a new release.
Maybe an easier way for Aha to help us out here might be instead, if it's possible, to just add a choice for NO Phases as one of the templates to begin with so users can make that one the default Phase setting.
Then when you add a release you wouldn’t have to select anything, it would just default to no phases.

Thank you!
We also have a set format that is required for release description. Template would cut down significantly on training needs.
