Allow Custom Table Filters on Feature and Epics Board

We're expanding Aha!'s data model through the use of Custom Tables (Enterprise+) and are finding limitations in their support across the applications.

We've enabled a Roles table on Epics and teams want to be able to easily see which items they are associated with from the board view. Today they cannot filter and must rely on a report or other view where the filter is supported.

Enable these filters as well.
