Filter out completed personal assignments from multi-assignee to-dos in my reports

What is the challenge?

You cannot generate a report of upcoming to-dos that filters out multi-assignee items you’ve already completed. These to-dos continue to appear in your list because the overall status stays “Pending” until all assignees finish.

What is the impact?

Personal to-do views and reports get cluttered with tasks you’ve already finished. This makes it harder to see what truly requires your attention, leading to distraction, confusion, and wasted time.

Describe your idea

Enhance reporting and filtering for multi-assignee to-dos to reflect individual progress. Specifically, allow users to exclude to-dos from “My upcoming to-dos” once their own assignment is marked complete, even if other assignees are still pending. This could be achieved with:

• A filter option such as “My completion status = complete”

• Or a computed field that distinguishes between personal completion status and overall completion status
