What is the challenge? |
Customers submit ideas that are important to them, but need a broader context for the organization they belong to. Sales leads and customer team leads want to be able to provide information about these ideas and their priority for their organization as a whole. For example, I am the lead for a customer and my team submits many ideas, but I want to be able to review them, add more context, and even provide the priority of that idea in relation to all of the ideas submitted by people within my organization. To do this now, my product manager has to send me an Aha! report that I then have to mark up and send back to them so they can reflect my organizational priorities/context within the idea. I would like the ability to have limited edit capabilities for the ideas submitted by my organization. |
What is the impact? |
Product managers have a clearer picture of the relative importance of an idea from the customer leadership perspective. Allowing this to be done by a representative of the customer cuts down on offline back and forth. |

Provide an organization lead role on portals that allows edit capabilities for ideas in someone's organization. As this role is often someone external to the company, I would never want to provide them with an edit role within Aha! to complete these actions. |
