Users can change ideas on behalf of others in the same organization

How should it work?

If the organizations is active in an Idea Portal, it would be very useful if the users can change ideas submitted by others belonging to the same organization (maybe via parameter).

In this way the management of organizational ideas can be more easily managed instead of requiring the same user to change his own idea.
