Portal search should apply to existing filters

What is the challenge?

When I search in the idea portal, any filters I have applied to the idea portal (workspace, category, custom field, etc) are not used in the search results. I am often searching for a specific idea I know exists in a specific category and this makes it challenging. As a workaround I first need to search the term then add the filter to get the right result.

    Searching in an ideas portal will no longer clear category filters, helping you find ideas faster.

Better filtering by product/workspace in the ideas portal

I just noticed that when you have a multiple-product portal, the filtering by product does not affect the filter status count. However, when you use the search text field, it does filter status and product/category counts. See attached screenshots...
