Allow participants to reschedule interviews independently

What is the challenge?

Currently if a participant needs to reschedule they must email the researcher an request this — the researcher must then change the date and time and fire off an automated email confirmation.

The participant must then re-add the meeting to their calendar and the old one persists.

What is the impact?

Rescheduling is painful for participant

    Great news! 🎉

    Participants can now easily reschedule interviews themselves in Aha! Discovery — using the same scheduling page where they booked the meeting.

    Calendar invitations and confirmation emails are updated automatically after the new time is confirmed.
