Reschedule Dynamic Variable

What is the challenge?

If a customer needs to reschedule their meeting, they have to respond to the email, but then the next steps aren't logical. The Discovery Study owner has to go into Participants, select 'Needs to Reschedule' next to the participant's name, then manually send out the [schedule link] dynamic variable. Then once the customer reschedules, the Discovery Study owner has to go back to that original interview and select Canceled.

Have a 'Reschedule Link' dynamic variable that we can plug into the automated Macros. If you add this, I'd suggest an automated running history on the Interview Details to show the history or the interviews scheduled.

In addition to the 'Rescheduled Link' variable, I would suggest a 'Cancel Call' variable that allows the customer to cancel (and enter their cancelation reason) - which would automatically change the interview status to Canceled.
