Dynamically update meeting invites that are rescheduled Merged

What is the challenge?

Currently there is no way to reschedule an interview from within Aha! Discovery in a way that automatically updates the meeting invite.

What is the impact?

If an interview is rescheduled, the only way the participant can see this reflected on their calendar is if they manually add the new cal file to their calendar via the external schedule URL screen.

Describe your idea

Tighten the workflow that is associated with rescheduling interviews:

• Dynamically update meeting invite (if possible from integration)

• Ensure that Researcher receives confirmation that the rescheduled time has been accepted/acknowledged

• Improve support for customizing notifications / email messaging
