Allow Knowledge Links to be Published Merged

What is the challenge?

We have two knowledge bases, customers and internal users. Some of the pages are common between both knowledge bases (Supported Browsers as an example) and we have used the 'Link' feature to link to the common document in a folder structure

When publishing the folder and all children, links are not treated as children

What is the impact?

We would need to reconfigure the knowledge structure or duplicate the document
