Option to retain priority limit line in published and exported views

What is the challenge?

Currently, published views (including PDF and PNG views) of a prioritization page do not include the priority limit lines of that prioritization page.

What is the impact?

Priority limit lines are often a critical component of using prioritization views, and there are times when folks may want to share these with their teams with the lines included.

Describe your idea

When exporting a view (to PDF or PNG, or as an option on the shared webpage modal), allow users to select whether the priority limit line will be included. This should only include the line if it is visible on the original saved view, in the place where it is on that view.
