Idea can be an epic/feature/enhancement (user story) or a bug.
If idea is promoted to an epic or a feature that's clear process between AHA and ADO.
If idea is promoted to a requirement, then it's automatically a user story. If you want it to be a bug you need to do that manually in ADO.
If idea can be sent to ADO as a user story, or a bug! based on decision, that would save time of manual tracking of idea progress.
