Allow for bulk input of tags

What is the challenge?

Tags can be added from the account settings > tags area, but they can only be input individually

What is the impact?

Since we do not allow for bulk loading of tags input can be tedious

Similar to how Aha! treats custom tag fields, add the option to bulk add tags from the account settings > tags area
