Ability to set the font on chart labels & decimal points Merged

What is the challenge?

I can set the font size of the Legend and Title for a Chart, however, I am unable to manage the font size for chart labels

What is the impact?

Often the labels are bigger than the chart bar or slice. This looks messy. Or it may not show at all, which is frustrating to our users
