Allow records from multiple workspaces in a User Story Map Merged

Who would benefit?

What impact would it make?

Right now, we can only use epics and features from one workspace in a given user story map, but because we often have multiple workspaces collaborating on a larger project, we can't leverage the user story map. This ability would allow us to better demonstrate the big picture.

How should it work?

In the "add existing records" panel on the right-hand side, we should be able to select epics and features from more than one workspace and place them in the same user story map.
