Custom Sort the order of Goals + Initiatives + Features Merged

Who would benefit?

Anyone who wants to view their list of Goals, Initiatives & Features in the order they want to work through them

What impact would it make?

Save time & hassle of work arounds.

My current work around is to number every goal, initiative and feature so they sit in the order I want to execute them. But by doing this I have ended up with features titled "4.1.2 Feature Name"

How should it work?

User creates the list of Goals, their initiatives & the features to deliver each initiative. Then when you are looking at the whole list of goals then initiatives then features, you can drag and drop those into any order you want
