What impact would it make?

There is a need to be able to export the Feature Prioritization View as an Excel Sheet for many teams trying to keep track of when priority changes. Right now, these teams are hearing that there is an influx of reprioritizing things and want to be able to see the data in relation to this. The current Feature Prioritization view allows for the download of a pdf or png, but this isn’t sufficient given that it is hard to compare the data week-to-week. Having this be able to be exported as an Excel sheet would make it easy for users to compare the change in rank. We have already looked into using a Rank field on the features and capabilities, but there is no way to automate the updating of rank when one feature/capability rank changes. The manual effort required to do so would take up valuable time from our capability managers. Our capability managers enjoy using Aha! but are starting to think it may be beneficial to start using Rally for these purposes.

How should it work?

Users would pull weekly excel reports and use excel's compare column features to see if there is a change in priority from week to week.
