We gather feedback on priorities from various stakeholders, including many who don't have edit access in Aha! (owners/contributors).
Excel is something that everybody knows, so it’s easy to send around to stakeholders and gather feedback. You can add columns for each stakeholder and see their ranks side-by-side.
You can now export any prioritization view to .xlsx or .csv
Thank you Aha for taking our initial idea that we gave you 2 years ago and implementing to production. We believe this new functionality is a big hit!!! This new functionality will greatly help us send this information easier to all our stakeholders (both visual and those that use screen readers). We also love Aha for continued to seek our input, listening to us so this product aligns to our current business needs. Keep up the great work!!
Love it! Did a little happy dance when I saw the "you can do this!" email come over just now, and immediately let my team know! THANK YOU!
Like others, we need the ability for other stakeholders to add additional information and comments on these prioritization views for planning purposes for cross-functional teams. Exporting to excel/google sheets would allow us to fit into our normal processes.
This is a very important feature for us
we wanted to take the features that are in our prioritization view and answer a bunch of questions on them. For example, my leadership wanted to know how many of our high priority items from this view were in development, ready for development, etc. So the natural inclination was to throw them into an excel and run a pivot table to quickly get various answers like that.
My org uses the prioritization tool often as we have many large customers and a large customer base. In addition, some of our teams work in older code repositories so our Aha tool cannot integrate directly so we need to export into excel. Since we cannot export our prioritization lists from Aha it forces a lot of double work.
I use the prioritization view and it is great to quickly make adjustments to an already WSJF'd backlog for PI planning. The problem I have now is I can export the list into excel to use to add notes, etc. to during PI planning. Today (without an export function) i have to expract the data in a custom report and then manually type in the rankings from the prioritization view. Having an export function would help avoid using my time to manually add the rankings.
