It would make my job more efficient as I would know when someone added something to a shared note. Currently I have to constantly refresh or go back to the shared note to make sure i am not missing anything pertinent from a client |
How should it work? |
I am trying to use shared notes with my clients during our beta process for a new module. This would be where they could log any issues or feedback or ask questions that the whole group can see. Currently we use google docs but I would rather use the note, that way if anything they bring up results in a feature or idea, they can see the status of that record in real time. But I do not get a notification when anything is updated/added to the shared note. If there were comments, that would also need a notification. |
