    Hello Jeanette, it seems you can already do it by customizing the field "I'm writing" and "Tone".

    In this field, i've defined he way i wanted the feature to be described using my methodology and it works fine !

    Example : 

    I'm Writing : "a brief description of a feature to be developped, i'm using the NOSE methodology in french"
    Tone : "formal and using bullet point as a product manager in french, you can complete the specification to make it understable for a dev, please use the NOSE methodology (Need Objective, Solution, Evidence), the need definition must be clear and concise and must reflect a real user need, the objective have to highlight the value of the feature."
