One of the issues we have had in the past was turning feedback/comments from customers from surveys (previously Medallia) into actions to improve our products, processes, documents etc based on feedback recieved. Having the ability to turn this feedback into action easily will be key to quickly improving customer experience based on their feedback. As we move to Qualtrics having useful integration to make it simple to track feedback to changes needed/made is critical.
