Aha! ideas have a vote option but they need to have a decline option as well. Merged

In the ideas, there is an option to vote but there is no option to decline a vote. I can see who has voted on the idea. But I can't tell if someone reviewed it and didn't vote or if they have not reviewed at all. Would it be possible to add a decline option? or a Vote-yes and Vote- No option?

This will save a lot of time for people that oversee ideas. Unless someone has voted we can't tell that stakeholders have reviewed the idea to vote.
