Add command palette Merged

Many apps offer a command palette, usually triggered by cmd + k or command + p, for navigation and easier access to common actions via keyboard. Once open the user can start typing the name of the command or location, and should be shown a list of matches, hitting enter performs the action.

A command palette offers essentially the same utility as keyboard shortcuts, but is more accessible as it doesn't require memorisation of the shortcut.

Where a dedicated keyboard shortcut exists, that can be shown in the list alongside the action as a prompt to use the shortcut next time.
