provide option to share/pull configuration with/from roadmap in the Develop team configuration

As I add more Dev teams linked to a roadmap configuration, I wish for a configuration choice to rapidly match the workspace workflow and custom layouts between a linked roadmap and dev workspace.

Ideally, I could go to either workspace configuration with option to 'leave linked workspaces as independent configurations' or 'push roadmap workflow and layouts to develop configuration once' or 'synchronize/integrate the workspaces to force allignment on workflow and layouts'.

If I have this nature of config setting I need not always put the workspaces side-by-side and manually allign their configs on workflow and layout.
